First-time clean pricing

New clients are quoted at deep clean rates regardless of home condition. Every home requires a thorough initial clean before moving to standard recurring service. Ask about our recurring service discount after the first visit.

Some homes get a custom quote. The table below covers whole-home recurring cleans. If you only need certain rooms or areas done, or your home has needs the table doesn't cover, we'll price it around what you actually want cleaned. Most custom quotes are for weekly or every-other-week service. Just tell us what your home needs and we'll build the price for you.

Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service to keep your home consistently clean. Every recurring visit is built around your home and your needs. Here’s what’s included at every visit, in every room.

Prices vary by home. The ranges below are a starting point, not a fixed price. Many 55+ communities land at the low end or below, since those homes tend to be tidier, see less foot traffic, and often have no pets. Fewer people, fewer pets, and less daily wear all mean less work, and your quote reflects that.

Per-visit rates are listed by home size in the table below for monthly, every 3 weeks, bi-weekly, and weekly service. Most homes land near the price in parentheses.

Surfaces, décor, frames & light fixtures dusted
Blinds dry dusted, spot cleaned where needed
Window sills dusted and spot cleaned
High-touch areas wiped: doors, frames, handles & light switches
Ceiling fans, vents & corners up to 16 ft kept free of cobwebs and dust
Every trash can emptied and relined, using liners you provide
Baseboards dusted (monthly)
Mirrors cleaned and left streak-free
Sliding glass doors left free of smudges
Glass doors and windows without blinds kept smudge- and streak-free
Floors swept, vacuumed and mopped; small, lightweight rugs shaken and reset
Room left tidy, with out-of-place items gathered in one spot

Kitchen

Counters & backsplash cleaned, sanitized and left streak-free
Counter appliances moved, cleaned under, behind and on top, then reset
Toasters de-crumbed
Fridge, dishwasher and stove exteriors cleaned and polished
Stovetop, burners, oven exterior & knobs degreased and polished
Inside the microwave, plate included

High-touch cabinet areas wiped and polished dry
Sliding glass door glass, frame and track buildup addressed
Trash can exterior wiped clean

Bathrooms

Toilets cleaned and sanitized: bowl, base and tank
Showers & tubs sanitized, including walls, ledges and fixtures
Sink, faucet, mirror and vanity area cleaned
Soap dispensers, toothbrush holders and counter items cleaned and polished
Towels folded and hung correctly
No hair or lint left on floors, counters, tub or shower
Toilet brush and plunger holders left free of dust and debris
Baseboards left free of dust
Trash emptied and relined, and the outside of the can wiped

Bedrooms

Beds made and left tight (sheet changes are an add-on)
Tables, desks and furniture dusted, including sides and drawer fronts
Visible vacuum lines in carpeted areas
Stairs vacuumed if carpeted, or swept and cleaned if hard flooring
