- How long does a move-out clean take?
- It depends on the size and condition of the property. A 2BR apartment typically runs 3 to 5 hours. A 4BR house is usually 6 to 8 hours. We'll give you a closer estimate when you tell us what you're working with.
- Can you book on short notice before a move-out deadline?
- We do our best depending on the calendar. Move-out cleans are popular at month-end, so the earlier you can reach out the better. If you're in a pinch, call us directly and we'll see what we can do.
- Will this meet landlord or property manager cleaning standards?
- Our move-out clean hits everything a standard walk-through will check: appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, baseboards, floors. If your landlord has a specific checklist, share it with us when you book and we'll go through it item by item.
